About The Role

The Material Program Manager will be a member of the supply chain organization supporting the development and implementation of strategies to optimize supply assurance, flexibility, quality, and delivery. You will work closely with external suppliers and internal cross‐functional partners in Program Management, Operations, Engineering, Legal, and Finance to ensure high-level supply chain performance.

 What You Might Do

  • Lead the supply chain readiness program for development and production builds
  • Drive the overall material readiness to meet schedules and fulfill demand
  • Actively collaborate with internal teams to identify and publish the demand in order to drive daily development and production activities
  • Ensure all supply chain commitments are met, plans are developed and carried out, and risks are mitigated for products/suppliers
  • Coordinate and lead collaboration meetings with all supply chain functions
  • Mitigate component shortages, excess and obsolescence
  • Prepare and share components forecasts with suppliers

Essential Qualifications

  • 5+ years experience in manufacturing, material program management, supplier management, and demand/supply planning in the consumer industry
  • Proven record for identifying and implementing new opportunities to create synergy and mitigate risk
  • Experienced in managing Clear To Build
  • Ability to organize and drive continuous program improvement
  • Strong program management skills

Preferred Skills

  • Advanced degree or MBA
  • Fast paced start-up experience

Salary range: $138,000 - $185,000

  • The salary range for this role is listed above. Final salary offered is based upon multiple factors including individual job-related qualifications, education, experience, knowledge and skills
